Do you require CAT tools?

Preferred, not mandatory. We commonly use memoQ, Trados, and Phrase. List your tools and versions in the form.

What qualifications do you look for?

Native proficiency, relevant degree/certifications (e.g., ATA, ITI), 3+ years’ experience, and proven domain expertise.
